Established since 2003 at Taichung, Taiwan. Evans Burger is a self branded American style restaurant. With the renowned homemade beef burger, they have recreated what American food is all about. The founder has nine plus years of experience with western cuisine, and deeply understood that not only the food has to be authentic, it also has to suit the taste buds of the locals. Relocated to Taipei from Jun 2007, and Dec 2008 they continue to provide their utmost services to you.
Besides main courses like burgers, there are even brunch meals and appetizers for tea time. I tired its beef burger. I have to say it is so delicious that you definitely want to go back to try other burgers or eat the same main course! The beef is a little dried but still juicy. How can roast beef be like that? Well, I think the chef is very good at cooking. He knows how to keep the juice of meat while roasting it. Another point I like the store is because you can drink two or more cups of cold drinks without paying more. Which means, you pay the price of one cup drink, but you can have the same drinks twice or more. So you can choose coke, sprite, lemon tea or Fanta and drink at least 2 cups! Now you know why I love it.:)
The store is offering great discount on Wednesday. Normally the price a burger dish is NT.200~300, but the price downed to NT.100 in the noon on Wednesday. So you can imagine how crowded will be outside the door. I suggest you line up at about 11:00 on Wednesday to get cheap burgers! By the way, if you go eating on Wednesay noon, the restaurant only offers you TWO hours to eat, so you have to pay attention to the time you spend with friends or family.
