Speaking of delicious cuisine, we can’t help but to think of French cuisine or Chinese cuisine. It seems that these two world-famous style and taste of them are the best. But you can’t deny that there still are many tasty cuisines all over the world! As a citizen living in Taipei, Taiwan, I want to introduce Taiwanese cuisines to you.
Though Taiwan is mainly famous for Chinese dishes, but somehow we Taiwanese are also good at making foreign dishes. Today I want to introduce you one small restaurant, which is famous for pizzas and cheese (totally Italian)!
The picture at the top is the restaurant. It’s called “So Free Pizza & Cheese”. Last week, I went for lunch with friends and they all love it! The store owner insist to use fresh materials to make pizzas. He also studies and found a way to make a good stove to bake pizzas and make pizzas more delicious. There are totally 8 flavors, including 2 new flavors in this summer.
Flavors: Mushroom Asparagus, Pesto Mushroom, Ginger Superman, Smoked Cheese, Rosemary Potato, Apple Cinnamon, Korean Kimchi, and Banana Almond. The last 2 flavors are new in this summer. The following pictures are delicious pizzas and stores.

Besides mouth-watering pizzas, there also are some cold drinks and beverages go well with pizzas. It is so cool and refresh by drinking these beverages!
The beverages offered by So Free: Organic Barley Tea (Cold/Hot), Honey Vinegar, Natural Malt Beverage (Original flavor/Lemon flavor), Perrier and 100% apple juice. Sounds nothing special? Then you are wrong! I strongly recommend that you drink Natural Malt beverage while you eat pizza! At first, I was afraid of drinking the black juice, but when I just taste with one drink, I am in love with it! It tastes like beer but it is not. It’s 100% made by malt and it is made in Germany, so you can relieve and feel free to drink it! Trust me, you will never regret to drink it, and even you will love it!
There also is one special point that you might love: there are no plenty seats for all customers. So I suggest you call for takeout, or you will wait for a long, long time to sit down. Apart from calling and taking out, you can also take pizzas to the park next to the store and share with friends. That’s not bad to do it in the evening in summer times. The breeze is cool in summer.
